Besides normal chartered break bulk vessels used for shipping to plywood and other panels, at the port of Lianyungang has the liner service to Europe, mainly to Antwerp and UK ports.
The shipping company offers monthly liner service, with a capacity of not more than 40,000 cubic meters. It takes roughly two months to arrive Europe.
Compared with normal charted break bulk vessel, the Port Authority of Lianyuangang offers the liner more timely services in Embarking, discharging and loading.
Lianyungang port now becomes the biggest sea ports in the import & export of wood and related products in China.
